Returns & Exchange

Customers can exchange or refund products, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, has not been worn, or damaged or used in any manner whatsoever.

Items should be returned within 5 days after receiving in original condition to be eligible for the reimbursement.

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag and keep the original packaging in the same condition.

Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.

We process refunds within 3 days after receiving goods from you.

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  • Items must have the original packaging and original tags attached.
  • Swimwear bottoms have to be returned with the hygienic sticker on it.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear must be with original tags attached.

You can exchange your item’s sizes or colors. If you prefer to exchange it for a different item, return it and make a new purchase.

In order for a exchange to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

Goods for exchange will be sent to you only after we receive your parcel.
In case of exchange shipping fee will be charged according to the terms of our shipping partner.

  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
  • If the original state and packaging with the original tags have been broken.
  • Not cared for according to the wash/care instruction labels.
  • Impact damages and stains
  • Sales items
  • Underwear and sunglasses. Due to the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not permitted.

Before we can start processing your refund, we need to make sure that your returned products meet our return’s condition. This quality check can take up to 1 week though generally less.

As long as your product(s) meet the above criteria, we can reimburse your purchase price. If your returned product(s) don’t meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won’t be able to give you a refund. In that case, the product(s) will be returned to you by the carrier at your cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us. It may vary upon the preferred carrier you select to return the package.
